Ever imagine if you have a pair of wings, how are you going to control it? Or if given a chance to enter the space, can you manage the flight machine well? Even better, how is it feel like when walking on the moon? You can experience all these at Hong Kong Space Museum.
In previous post we have shown you how to fly. One is use the machine below:
With this, you can learn how to control the flight machine, I tell you, it is not easy, and very likely you can't finish the mission in the time frame.
Finally, you can experience how is it looks like when you are walking on the moon:
Hong Kong Museum always provides a lot of hands on for you to try it out yourself, and it is good for family, from young to old.
香港仔鱼蛋粉 is a restaurant with several branches across Hong Kong. It is one of the successful traditional Hong Kong Restaurant 茶餐厅 be operated across so many areas. One very basic reason is the food quality and the price. They have over 20 if not 40 types of food for you to select, and price is very reasonable, e.g. the 南乳猪手饭 shown in the figures below, only cost you about HKD 27, this price is hard to find else where. In addition, it doesn't taste bad, but unfortunately, I believe a lot of 味精 is inside, so that it tastes good.
Anyway, if you are hungry and limited buget, this restaurant is a good choice.

DBS annouce 30 of the Constellation Notes have zero values, but how about the relationship between DBS and Constellation? Is Constellation part of DBS? According to the following sources:
DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd. said Tuesday most structured products it sold linked to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (LEH) have zero value, though two are worth 8.7% of their original price.
Banks are offering to repay investors at market value, but DBS said on its Web site there is no market value for 30 of the 32 Lehman-linked products it sold.
All food in Hong Kong are nice? Of course not, in fact, MANY are not nice. Some are too salty, some are too oily, some added to much 味精。So how to filter those terrible food? After tried a few, here got a few tips to share with you.
1) Avoid those shops with very limited customers. Since no one is supporting them, must be some problem, only enter those with a lot of customers, need to wait for seats. One bad example is shown below:
2) Avoid those has limited seat. You think they only serve take away? Of course not, very likely their food is bad. Take a look at this 卤水鹅,just the skin and bone.
3) Avoid those targeting tourists. They have fancy outlook, the menu in many languages, in English, Japanese, etc... very likely they are targetting foreigners, or tourists. They are expensive, and not so nice food. One example is below. So only enter those with a lot of local people.
We know the handphone, camera got 水货, but G2000 clothes also have. This photo is the best proof, and if you take a closer look, they do have the label from G2000, exactly the same as the real. However, the price is much cheaper, HKD 40 for one, HKD 100 for three. So where to look for it, well.. these shops do move around, whenver there is an empty place, there will be such shop open, you can't expect them to be tehre forever, they do move around. So do pay attention to those temporary shops that selling "cheap stuffs".
You can always find some bargain somewhere in Hong Kong. Just open your leg wide.
This is the best out of the best, top famous, delicious 卤味 at Hong Kong, called 生记. Their famous dishes is 卤水鹅. Sorry, is not just 卤水鹅, but 卤水狮头鹅 (that means large goose). Why I say it is the best (not only I say so, but it is a famous one with many people say so), because it is not too oily, the taste is strong, and with a lot of varieties. Besides 卤水鹅, you can mix with 猪头肉,猪颈,猪大肠,红肠,猪俐 (tongue), 鹅俐 (expensive), and many many more. Where is it? One branch at Hong Hum 紅磡,and you say 生记 the taxi driver will know.
Hong Kong is the paradise for the rich man. The policy here, most of the time, are in the favour of rich guys (to my personal feeling). So if you are one of them, you will be a happy guy, because you can do whatever you want without much restriction. One example is here... normal car plate is XX 1234, so if you are rich enough, of course you can have all numerical 1234 without any alphabet. But how about the car plate in your own name, all alphabet without numeric? Take a look:
Now everyone knows your name, so knows you are a rich one.
If you ask me what is the special about Lan Kwai Fong in Hong Kong compared with other clubbing places in the world, I can only tell you one word, that is FUN! Take a look at this video, and you will understand. Hong Kong, is an international city (compared with other asia cities, of course excluding London and New York those mega cities). Here, the alcohol, beer, and wine are cheap. Most important, they got a lot of events. Whenever there are events, it will be a great events with tons of perfomance and hot stuffs.
Feel like shaking yourself with them? Too bad, it is Monday tomrrow.

Unfortunately, it is expensive! A small bowl like this cost you HKD 23, you can easily get one of the same size at only HKD 13 / 14 somewher else. And this one don't really special.
Want to have some home cooking without any 味精? There is this hidden place near the Hart Avenue at Tsim Sha Tsui. Go to this 发利大厦 next to a 7-11 at the corner. You will see something like below:
See the Tattoo advertisement above the lifts. Take the lift on the left hand side to level 4 (the lift on the right hand side is for odd number of level). Turn right after get out from level 4. You will see this house which says health soup for members only. Don't worry just get in. The soup is cheap, as low as HKD 10, free if you order a dishes above HKD 35. So for two persons have a good dinner, HKD 70 is enough!
