This is the famous Wonton Noddle at Hong Kong: 麦盃记 or also known as 忠记. Near Central. At 永吉街 which is in between the 上环 and 中环 MTR station. It is in an old street, take a look at this photo:

Argh... that's the one. I had a trip to Hong Kong last year and I missed this Wonton Noodle that my friend told me! Now I know the actual location, I'm definitely going to eat it next time!
