白花油 CEO molest two taxi drivers

We all know about 白花油. And people call him “白花油王子”, 顏福偉, already open to public that he likes both girls and guys. He is the CEO of 白花油. He molest two taxi drivers during 2003 and 2007. He appeals that saying the taxi drivers no shout after 10 minutes being touched by him, so should not be considered as molest. But the court still rule him guilty for the 2007 case.

He is now 47 year-old and completed 800 hours of society service.

香港高等法院撤銷“白花油王子”顏福偉2003年的非禮罪名，但2007年罪名成立的非禮罪則維持原判。　暫委法官杜麗冰表示，原審裁判官處理2003年案件時，未有考慮到事主被上訴人觸摸10分鐘仍沒有呼喊，是有違常理，加上2名辯方証人証供可靠，決定撤銷該項控罪。

因先後在2003和2007年非禮兩名的士司機，47歲的顏福偉今年5月被裁定非禮罪成，判處履行社會服務令180小時。顏福偉表示自己已經完成180小時社會服務令，並覺得做義工很有意義，故現時仍繼續為有關機構做義工。
