This pub, named Daddy Pub "爸 Bar" does it means that only fathers can get in? I am not too sure. But what I know there are many pub / club / bar in Hong Kong, especially at Tsim Sha Tsui area. Beer is pretty cheap, maybe HKD 35 for one, even cheaper during happy hour. Cocktail, typical price is HKD 80. You can get a cheaper one at Moddy street, but smaller glass. As those place are intended for younster. For that I have reported previous at Halloween Party.
Christmas eve party and the crowded scene will be updating soon.
Knutsford Steps is becoming another Lan Kwai Fong (LKF), located at Tsim Sha Tsui, it hosts many nice international restaurant, and pubs / clubs. Take a look at these monsters at Knutsford Steps during Halloween, I can assure you the environment is 100%. Dinning and drinking at Knutsford Steps can be slightly more expensive (about HKD 80 per drink) than LKF, but the environment is much nicer, less crowed (during normal days), less smoke (if you are non smoker), plenty of westerners too.
Unfortunately, a lot of them request for a minimum spending of about HKD 200 per person, and even you willing to pay, you may not get a space. Alternatively is to get to the pub / club at TST Moody Street. The crowd is much younger, and of course more smoke at the same time. Drinks are much cheaper here. About HKD 50 per drink.
Well, depend on what you want, you can always get some fun in Hong Kong.
Hed Kandi returns this winter to Hong Kong, the new home in Asia for the luxury dance label. To make this winter’s event even more special, we bring back the first and most memorable DJ to grace the Hong Kong audience, Jim Breese.
Currently rated as one of the most up and coming musically diverse faces in the scene, Jim Breese has done more than achieve a lot at a young age already. His reputation has grown purely through his performance skills, attaining residencies at the magical ‘Ku De Ta’ in Bali, playing for Ibiza’s largest open-air festival, MTV Aquasonic, and being a legend in the making at the world famous Café Mambo. Labels, clubs, producers and promoters all look up to the natural talent Breese has to offer his audience: this year alone, he headlined to 10,000 clubbers in Russia, performed at the infamous Kiwi Club’s ‘White Party Closing’ as well as Hed Kandi’s glamorous closing weekend on the island, Ibiza. More outstandingly, his set at Hong Kong’s first Hed Kandi is talked about till today!
Already established in the music industry as a vocal force to be reckoned with, Peyton has been highly sought after around the world, by clubs, promoters, DJs and producers alike. His acclaim to stardom is shown by his portfolio of diversity; he has made appearances on shows like Queer Eye for the Straight Guy as well as being a host of his own radio show on Passion FM. His musical career has been heavily supported by the likes of Eric Kupper, who produced ‘A Higher Place’ which hit no.2 in the UK Upfront Club Top 40.

Halloween is a big holiday in Hong Kong, you can see many people hearing some horror costum and heavy make up and having a party. Take a look at these photos, and you will be able to have a feeling on the celebration at Lan Kwai Fong. Do you think that only tourist and teenagers participate in the events? Mostly yes, but you can also see some local bring the whole family to have the fun as well. But there is one, a special one.... he is in the costum of Doraemon!!!!
With the Doraemon and pretty girls, I think it is a fun party rather than a scary one.
