Hong Kong changes most of its parking paying system post to the Olympic style this year. Instead of taking coins, it only accepts the payment by Octopus card 八达通, the contactless cash card that used by public transport system. The Octopus card is a rechargeable contactless stored value smart card used to transfer electronic payments in online or offline systems in Hong Kong.
