Hong Kong Antiquities and Monuments 古物古蹟

If you like Antiquities and Monuments, then you may like Hong Kong. In fact, Hong Kong has spent quite a big effort on protect and preserve many traditional culture and monuments. If you are tourist, I strongly suggest you spend a day to one of these places, it helps you to appreacite Hong Kong besides the shopping. If you are local, it will be shame of you if you never been to any of these places.

Of course, to see all the monuments and traditional housing, Yuen Long 元朗, is an important places. The http://www.go2yl.com/ is a very good designed website that tell you everything about Yuen Long. They will suggest you some iternary on where to go depending on your preference. Another unofficial website is http://www.yl.com.hk/. You can find a lot of food information there.

The famous one is Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery 屏山鄧族文物館 & Ping Shan Heritage Trail 屏山文物徑


Other than the above, you can take a look at other Heritage Trails, e.g. the Lung Yeuk Tau Heritage Trail 龍躍頭文物徑.


大澳 Tai O
