Cheap, interesting and quality toys along Temple Street 庙街 at Yau Ma Tei 油麻地

I like to walk along the Temple Street 庙街 near Yau Ma Tei 油麻地 portion. This part is far away from the Jordan 佐敦 portion, where they are targeting foreign tourists. Along the Temple Street that is in between Yau Ma Tei and Jordan (all th way to Yao Ma Tei), you can find a lot of interesting stuffs, which are cheap and good quality.

However, in some cases, you can get the same toy at several stalls, make sure you check out all the stalls before you buy, as the price can differ a lot. For example, a toy car, the lowest can be just HKD 10, while the other sell at HKD 20 and one even at HKD 30. On the other hand, some toys, you will find that only one stall is selling. One of such is the wooden crave as follows:

He claimed that those are hand-made by him, and he can only make 2 per day. They are not cheap, one of those costs you about HKD 80. But it is nice because he craves the wood according ot the shape, so they are perfectly matched. Next is those colorful bottle opener, can you guess how much is it?

They are double sided, both side are painted colorfully. Each of them only HKD 10! And there are something funny as well, e.g. the chicken below:

Remember, get yourself some toys when you are here, many of them are cheap. But be sure you bargain the price and do more survey before you buy.

Best scenary washroom in Hong Kong + Toilet designed for kid ONLY

I believe, this is the best view wash room in Hong Kong, at level 6 or 7 of cinema of APM mall at Kwun Tong 观塘. You can see the hill outside, and of course the housing in between. But rest assure, if all the resident in those housing use binocular, for sure they can see you, but your important part will be covered.

This shopping mall also comes with kid dedicated toilet room. Look at this small size toilet bowl, no matter how hurry you are, I don't suggest you use it.

I like these neighbourhood shopping mall. They are large in size, plenty of shops (branded goods too), and they are not designed for tourist. Excellent shopping experience. So if you are a tourist, please try to visit those shopping malls at the residential area like Kowloon Tong 九龙塘, Sha Tin 沙田, Kwun Tong 观塘. I am sure you will like them. And many of them are from the developper 新鸿基 Sun Hung Kai 。Always this developer will have a big shopping mall around all the houses it build, and I heard that the house from this developper also better quality than others.

Sha Tin new egg tart shop - long queue everday 泰昌蛋挞 沙田分店

Egg tart is famous in Hong Kong and Macau (I prefer the Macau one, their skin is crispy). But for Hong Kong egg tart, the famous one of course is 泰昌. Take a look at their new shop at Sha Tin 沙田, got 80% opening discount, daily you can see long queue of people waiting for the hot hot egg tart 蛋挞.

The shops is outside the big shopping mall New Town Plaza. And also New Town Plaza is a great shopping place that is not so known to the tourist, but I strongly toursit pay a visit there. It worth the trip, also you can visit the Culture Museum that is nearby.

I feel like to have one now. Maybe two is enough.

Maybe run out of money, or going to shift the shops, or closed the shops, you can always see some CRAZY sales in Hong Kong. The things will be in real bargain. IFC - Hong Kong tallest building

International Finance Centre (IFC), Hong Kong tallest building. The newest shopping center and office block. Easily access by MTR at Hong Kong station. Also closed to the ferry terminal, the ferry that go to Lantau, Lamma, Cheung Chao island, or star ferry. Walk to the Exchange building, there is a bus terminal to Stanley.

In IFC, you have the largest and newest 4D cinema, the seats are equipped with speaker and vibrator. So make sure you sit tight. For the shopping malls, you can find all the branded goods here, with a super market as well. Of course also have hotel.

A prominent landmark on Hong Kong Island, it consists of two skyscrapers, the ifc mall, and the 55-storey Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. Tower 2 is the tallest building in Hong Kong, usurping the place once occupied by Central Plaza. It is the third-tallest building in the Greater China region and the seventh-tallest office building in the world, based on structural heights; by roof height, only the Taipei 101, Shanghai World Financial Center, and Sears Tower exceed it. It is the exact height of the former World Trade Center. The International Commerce Centre, currently under construction above the MTR Kowloon station and scheduled for completion in 2010, will usurp 2IFC's various titles. The Airport Express Hong Kong Station is directly beneath it.

G2000 水货 - where to find? Here it is...

We know the handphone, camera got 水货, but G2000 clothes also have. This photo is the best proof, and if you take a closer look, they do have the label from G2000, exactly the same as the real. However, the price is much cheaper, HKD 40 for one, HKD 100 for three. So where to look for it, well.. these shops do move around, whenver there is an empty place, there will be such shop open, you can't expect them to be tehre forever, they do move around. So do pay attention to those temporary shops that selling "cheap stuffs".

You can always find some bargain somewhere in Hong Kong. Just open your leg wide.

Outlet Mall at Hong Kong 東薈城名店倉

Talk about outlet mall, must be the City Gate Outlet 東薈城名店倉 at Tung Chung MTR 大嶼山東涌地鐵站. Over there, you can find many branded goods outlet, with "great discount" (used to be great discount, now ...... you got to find it out yourself).
